Book a consultation

If you’d like to move right ahead with your U-Build journey, you can book in a consultation with one of the team, where we help you position the design in your space, and talk through the process.

Once you have paid the consultation fee, we will be in touch to book your appointment.

After this, we ask for a simple 50% payment to start the process, with the remaining 50% on delivery. After the first payment, the parts will arrive within 6-8 weeks – subject to any discussions with the team.

Consultation payments are now at a fixed cost of £100. If the consultation is not carried out within 6 months of the initial payment, U-Build reserve the right to keep the fee, in exceptional circumstances we may refund at our discretion.

If you choose to sign up to a project we can then waiver this fee as part of the total cost of the project.

Consultation Payment

This consultation is an opportunity to bring your ideas to life and tell us more about your bespoke project. During this meeting we will guide you through the U-Build process; we can help develop a design strategy or model your project ideas with our 3D software. This set-up offers you creative freedom to design your own space and allow us to understand your site. This is a great opportunity to answer more detailed or technical questions you may have about the build process and the next stages of your project.
