For some build locations, particularly the gardens of terraced houses, it makes sense to put the door and window on the same side. This allows you to put the pod right up against the back fence of your garden, and still allow you a window so you can look through to the back of the house. We think this creates a really nice relationship between the house and pod, and a connection between the two spaces. If you see yourself taking calls in a garden office, wanting to switch up where you work from home or even for simply having a space to think this space could be for you. Why not customise it with built-in storage, a full length window or rooflight? The pod is built using a magic number of 42 boxes, so it could provide real meaning to your life (especially if you are a Douglas Adams fan).!
